Local Support & Favourite Baby-Friendly Spots for Ware Mums

As a local parent and photographer, I love supporting new mums through every step of their journey. Beyond our studio sessions, Ware has a wonderful community with great local support groups and lovely, baby-welcoming places to visit:

Ware Family Centre (Bowling Road): A fantastic local resource offering health visitor drop-ins, breastfeeding support, and early years stay-and-play groups. Check out the Hertfordshire Family Centre Service: https://www.hertsfamilycentres.org.uk/
Ware Mums Community & NCT: Connect with other local mums through regular coffee mornings and social meetups hosted by local NCT groups and Ware parent networks.
Coffee & Treats: After a relaxing newborn session, my top local recommendations in town are The Secret Garden Cafe on High Street or Ware Priory Coffee Shop—both are wonderfully welcoming, buggy-friendly, and perfect for a quiet stop.
Buggy Walks: For a peaceful stroll with the pram, the Lee Valley Towpath towards Amwell Nature Reserve and Ware Priory Gardens offer smooth, flat paths and beautiful scenery.
